Little Venice - right in the heart of Paddington - quiet, pretty, neighbourly.(until you get to the  housing estate!)

We're the blue one second from the left. We stayed here for nearly 2 weeks - it began to feel likd home! Where else can you stay in central London without charge and make friends into the bargain?

Nick spent much of his time here keeping Daisy amused!

He always got tired before she did!

Nick thought Trafalgar Square was a hoot!

(I told him they were pigeons - but.....)

The Paddington arm down to the basin (by the station) was closed off due to all the building work - they laughingly call it the Paddington Regeneration Project so I'm told. Let's hope they leave some of the basin in use!
